Responsible Gaming
Responsible Gaming at LeoVegas
At LeoVegas, we are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with §§ 13-16 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. We offer various tools and resources to help you manage your gaming activity responsibly, ensuring that gaming remains a source of entertainment.
What responsible gaming means
Responsible gaming involves making informed decisions to ensure that gambling remains a fun and controlled activity. It means understanding the risks, setting limits, and recognising when it might be time to take a break. Our platform provides numerous tools to help players maintain control over their gaming habits.
Warning signs of problem gambling
- Spending more money on gambling than intended
- Neglecting responsibilities and obligations due to gambling
- Borrowing money to gamble or pay gambling debts
- Feeling anxious or stressed when not gambling
- Lying to family or friends about gambling activities
- Chasing losses in an attempt to recover money
- Experiencing mood swings related to gambling outcomes
- Using gambling as an escape from personal issues
Self-limit tools available on our platform
Deposit limit (daily / weekly / monthly)
Players can set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to control the amount of money they can deposit into their account.
Bet and loss limit
Set limits on the amount you can bet or lose over a specified period to manage your gaming budget effectively.
Session time limit and reality check
Control the duration of your gaming sessions with time limits and receive reality checks to remind you of your session length.
Time-out (24 hours / 7 days / 30 days)
Take a short break from gaming by activating a time-out period, available for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
Self-exclusion
If you need a longer break, you can opt for self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely (minimum 2 years as per § 16 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll.). This prevents access to your account during the exclusion period.
Czech Self-Exclusion Register (Rejstřík vyloučených osob - RVO)
The RVO is maintained by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. Players can register via the Citizen Portal, data box, or by submitting an application to the Ministry. More information is available at https://rejstrik-her.financnisprava.cz.
Protection of minors
We enforce a strict 18+ age requirement for all players, with identity verification processes in place as mandated by § 46 of the gambling act to prevent underage gambling.
Gambling self-assessment test
