Introductory provisions and definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: "Player" refers to an individual aged 18 or older who participates in gambling activities offered by LeoVegas. A "User Account" is a personal account created by the player to access our services. "Deposit" refers to funds credited to the User Account for wagering purposes. "Win" denotes the amount won by the player. A "Bet" is a stake placed on any of our games. "Wagering" involves the act of betting the deposit and/or bonus. A "Bonus" is a promotional offer subject to specific conditions.

Operator and licence

The operator is LeoVegas CZ s.r.o., IČO 09183421, holding the basic permit no. MFČR-CZ-2024-LV issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic (Ministerstvo financí ČR) on 1 March 2024.

Player registration

Players must be at least 18 years old to register, as stipulated in § 46 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll. Each player is allowed only one User Account. Registration involves an RVO check and must transition from temporary to full registration within 30 days.

User account

The User Account is created upon successful registration. The operator reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of suspected violation of terms. Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deemed dormant.

All transactions are in CZK. Payouts are processed within 3 business days as per § 65 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll. For security, 3D Secure and PCI DSS compliance are mandatory.

AML and KYC measures

In accordance with § 41 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll. and the AML Act No. 253/2008 Coll., we implement strict identification and verification processes. Enhanced Due Diligence is applied for PEPs. Transactions are monitored and reported to the Financial Analytical Office (Finanční analytický úřad) as necessary. Records are retained for 10 years.

Game plan

Slots

Slots have a minimum RTP as per Decree No. 208/2017 Coll. The maximum bet is 1,000 CZK, and the maximum win per game is 500,000 CZK. All games are RNG certified.

Roulette

Roulette games follow the same RTP regulations. The maximum bet is 5,000 CZK, with a win cap of 1,000,000 CZK.

Blackjack

Blackjack games offer a maximum bet of 5,000 CZK and a maximum win of 500,000 CZK.

Live Casino

Live Casino games have varying limits, all adhering to the RTP regulations. RNG certification applies where relevant.

Sports Betting

Sports bets are subject to the same regulatory framework, with specific limits set per event.

In case of game interruption or technical failure, affected bets will be voided, and stakes returned.

Bonus terms

We offer various bonus types including welcome, deposit, free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses. Wagering requirements are calculated as the bonus amount multiplied by the wagering factor. For example, a 100 CZK bonus with a 20x wagering factor requires 2,000 CZK in bets. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is 100 CZK. Bonuses have a validity period, and maximum winnings from bonuses are capped. Abuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints must be filed within 30 days of the incident. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days. For unresolved disputes, players may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, or use the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Complaints can also be submitted to the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic (Ministerstvo financí ČR) or the Specialised Tax Office (Specializovaný finanční úřad).

Liability of the operator and the player

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. LeoVegas is not liable for losses incurred. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

Taxation of winnings

Winnings may be subject to taxation under § 10 of Act No. 586/1992 Coll. on Income Tax.

Termination, unclaimed winnings, geographical restrictions

Contracts may be terminated by either party. Unclaimed winnings after 6 months are forfeited. Geographical restrictions may apply based on the player's location.

Legal disclaimer

Amendments to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms with 14 days' prior notice. Changes will be communicated via email or website notification.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Czech law, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts.

Final provisions

These General Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the player and LeoVegas. Should any provision be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
